Provide software programming and computer support for various research projects, with strong emphasis on web development, at the National Center for Research on Evaluation, Standards, and Student Testing (CRESST), housed within UCLA’s Graduate School of Education and Information Studies (GSE&IS). Individual will have a significant role in the following activities: program software-based research instruments; programming and database development and support for data collection, retrieval, analysis, and reporting; develop and implement software specifications; test and debug.

Working knowledge of the educational research and evaluation process.

Working knowledge of research and data collection design, for qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies.
